12-Pole Magnetic Soundhole Pickup with Integrated Controls (Plastic & Metal)

Do you want to amplify your acoustic guitar without drilling a single drop of wood from your instrument?

This magnetic soundhole pickup is the ultimate plug-and-play solution.

Designed to be installed and removed in the blink of an eye, it slides directly into the soundhole and attaches firmly with its padded clamps, thus preserving the integrity and finish of your guitar.

Unlike low-end sensors that sound thin, its 12 magnetic poles capture your strings’ vibration with excellent precision, offering a clear attack and a beautiful overall warmth. The real asset of this model lies in its remote housing: you maintain total control over your sound thanks to the volume and tone potentiometers directly accessible at your fingertips while you play.

No more back-and-forth to the amp between songs. This accessory is designed for the stage, jam sessions with friends, or direct recording.

Delivered with its long connection cable, all you have to do is plug it in to make your folk guitar roar.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this pickup compatible with a classical guitar?

A: No. As it is a magnetic pickup system, it absolutely needs the magnetic field created by steel, nickel, or bronze strings. It will not detect any vibration on nylon strings.

Q: Is there a risk of the fixing clamps scratching the soundboard?

A: Your wood is completely safe. The metal jaws that grip the soundhole are covered with soft pads. You can install and remove it every day without leaving the slightest mark on the finish.

Q: The original ad mentions batteries. Do I need to buy them?

A: Absolutely not, this is a common translation error from supplier sheets. This pickup is a 100% passive model. There is no battery compartment, nor any need for external power. You plug it in, and it works.

Q: Is this type of pickup sensitive to feedback?

A: This is precisely one of its strong points. Magnetic soundhole pickups are known to be much less sensitive to feedback than classic piezo pickups or air microphones. This is perfect if you play with other musicians at a high volume.
