Right of Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition and in packaging that ensures their protection.

• Items unsealed for hygiene reasons or customized upon request cannot be returned.

• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery information (address, phone number). In case of an error making delivery impossible, no refund can be issued.

Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by e-mail at: [email protected] specifying your order number.

A model withdrawal form is available at the bottom of the page (Appendix 1).

To ensure certain identification of your order and the quickest possible processing of your return, the withdrawal form (or its complete reproduction) must be duly completed and obligatorily attached to the return package.

Failing this, the processing of your request may be suspended until the return is definitively identified.

Refund

Once the return is received, we will refund you within 14 days maximum via the same payment method used during the order.

In case of delayed refund, legal interest may apply in accordance with Article L242-4 of the Consumer Code.

Exceptions

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• Customized or made-to-measure products

• Products unsealed for hygiene reasons

• Products likely to deteriorate quickly

Legal Guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from:

• the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)

• the legal guarantee against hidden defects
