Vintage “Folk Blossom” Ukulele Strap: Woven Flowers and Bohemian Spirit
The ukulele is the music of sunny afternoons and songs hummed among friends. The “Folk Blossom” captures this spirit: flowers, warm colors, and a good dose of nostalgia.
It adds a bohemian touch to any ukulele, whether natural wood or brightly colored.
The heart of the strap is its floral braid. On a cream background bordered with orange, orange, black, and green flowers follow each other along the entire length. The pattern is woven then sewn onto a black nylon strap, which gives it texture and highlights it.
At the ends, camel faux leather tips are topstitched and connected to the strap by metal rings. The bronze-colored adjustment buckle allows the length to be adjusted from 75 to 130 cm, for playing seated or standing. With its 3 cm width, it remains light and discreet, perfectly proportioned for a ukulele.
The strap comes ready to use, with a strap button to screw into the base of the ukulele and a lace to attach it to the instrument’s headstock.

Q : Mon ukulélé n’a pas de bouton de sangle, comment faire ?
R : Le bouton de sangle fourni se visse à la base de la caisse : il faut percer un petit avant-trou. En cas de doute, confiez l’opération à un luthier. L’autre extrémité se fixe à la tête du ukulélé grâce au lacet, noué sous les cordes, derrière le sillet.
Q : Le motif fleuri est-il imprimé ?
R : Non, il est tissé. Le galon fleuri est un ruban tissé cousu sur la sangle noire : les fleurs ont un léger relief et ne s’effacent pas au frottement, contrairement à une impression.
Q : Comment entretenir la sangle ?
R : Un chiffon légèrement humide et un savon doux, en tamponnant sans frotter fort. Évitez la machine à laver, qui abîmerait les embouts. Laissez sécher à plat, loin d’une source de chaleur.
